FAQ's & Terms and Conditions

Can I still get an appointment during the Covid-19 pandemic?

Yes! We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients, including additional cleaning periods between clients. Clients will be asked to complete a Covid-19 screening questionnaire, this will be sent via email and must be completed before each appointment. We also ask all clients to wear a facemask during the duration of their treatment and to ensure a good hand hygiene by using the hand sanitisers provided on site. 


Please note appointments are subject to Government guidelines and should the advice on Massage therapies change, we will act accordingly.  

How do I make a booking?

To make a booking please use our online booking system, contact us by email on Nathan@infinitysportsmassage.com or phone us on 0873978780. 


Please be aware all bookings will require a non-refundable deposit of €15 which will go towards the advertised treatment cost. Should you be unable to make your scheduled appointment and you rearrange the appointment with 24 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Please be advised that Infinity sports massage has a 24hr cancellation policy. Failure to cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment will result in a full loss of deposit.  Please also be aware that late arrivals will be charged the full amount for their scheduled appointment duration but could receive a shorter than advertised appointment due to our obligation to start our next appointment on time.

What is your Refund Policy?

Please be advised that Infinity sports massage has a 14 day refund policy. Items must be returned unused and in the packaging as sold. If an item is faulty please contact us on Nathan@infinitysportsmassage.com with your order number and we will endeavour to replace the item, subject to availability. 

Why do I need to fill our a consultation form?

All new patients will be required to fill out and sign a Consultation Form before their first treatment starts. We suggest you arrived 10-15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time to fill out your Consultation Form.  The information you disclose is kept strictly confidential. Once completed, your therapist will go over the information on your Consultation Form with you in the treatment room and may ask you questions about your medical history. This is to ensure your treatment is tailored to specifically suit you and to also ensure you do not have any medical contraindications which would prevent the therapist from being unable to treat your ailment(s) 

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Gift Vouchers are available to purchase on our site and are non refundable. Gift vouchers have no cash value and must be redeemed within 12 months from day of purchase.  We cannot honour lost or stolen Gift Vouchers. Please contact us by phone to redeem your voucher, quoting the Voucher Number(s) and please present Gift Voucher upon arrival for your treatment.  Tampered with and or counterfeit/duplication of Gift Vouchers will be immediately confiscated and void of any use.

How will I feel after my treatment?

Most people feel relieved of pain. Some experience immediate freedom from long-term aches and pains. After this initial period of feeling deeply relaxed, a majority of people experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity. This can last for several days. Since toxins are released from your soft tissues during your treatment, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water afterwards. Some may feel that their muscles are slightly tender or bruised after a treatment for a few days. 


What should I wear to my appointment?

You will be required to disrobe for a massage session. For hygiene reasons, undergarments are to be left on at all times during all treatments-no exceptions! (Ladies, you will be required to remove your bra for back massages) as a result it’s not important what clothing you wear when you arrive. 


Once you are undressed and on the plinth, you will be modestly covered with a large towel. Your therapist will only uncover the part of your body being worked on. 

What is the difference between a holistic and a sports massage?

A Holistic Massage is ideal for people who like to relax and do not like a lot of pressure during their massage. A sports massage works on the deeper layer of muscles and is therefore ideal for people who prefer more pressure during their massage. For someone who is regularly physically active and has a sports-related injury or trying to avoid one, a sports massage is the recommended therapy. 

How many sessions will I need?

Our top priority is to have you feeling pain-free in the quickest amount of time possible. However, please be advised that we cannot and will not guarantee you will feel better after a specific amount of treatments. It all depends on several variables including the severity of your injury and how quickly your body responds to treatments. Several of our clients experience immediate relief from long-term pain after only one or two sessions, while for others it can take a number of treatments to get back to optimal health.

Permanently Closing !!!

I would like to advise all my clients that I will be closing my doors on Friday 7th April and will no longer be trading. 


This decision has been a difficult one for me to make but I hope to be able to offer my services again in the future. I would like to thank everyone for their support during my time in business,
